They waited two hours to tell me they stripped the oil pan plug, then we wanted the shuttle to take us home, we had to wait another hour, bc lack of communication led the shuttle driver to believe he was supposed to pick us up from home. Tori Hill was very disrespectful and wouldn't honor the advertisement they had posted in the lounge, even after I showed her the advertisement. The male at the front desk was continuously cursing while talking to another coworker, he didn't even try to be discreet or quiet as he knew there were customers around.

I have had my vehicle serviced at Uftring for more than a decade. I feel like everyone is very helpful and honest. Whether it’s a routine oil change or a more involved repair, I trust this group to keep my vehicle running and keep me informed so I can plan for what might need attention down the road.

Nothing but good things to say took my truck in for service and found a couple problems with it and ended up being about 6 1/2 to 7 hours worth of work. I sat in the waiting room multiple managers and Assistance checked on me throughout the day to make sure I didn’t need anything and that I didn’t need to go anywhere great experience. Hannah did a great job of keeping me informed on the timeframe and status of the vehicle

I could not thank Shelby in service more for working with me! I needed a clutch and wanted it done right, and I am recovering from surgery from injuries received during my deployments to Iraq with the Army so I am on fixed income. I explained my situation and took awhile to get the funds needed, and she could not have been more accommodating and helpful to my situation! Thanks again Shelby my daughter Lorelei will love me having the car back while she is here for the summer, and now that I am getting better I will be moving back closer to her in Charleston, SC next year! Thanks again for working with me, and it looks so nice parked back home fixed and paid! Thanks to everyone there that assisted me, and I highly recommend Uftring Ford for Repair or Sales awesome dealership/service department! Thank you and I wish you all the best!!!!

Purchased a 2023 Bronco Sport Big Bend and the Infotainment system was in need of an update, neither my salesman or I could correct the issue without the help of the repair guys. Dane, my salesperson, was quick and efficient to get me in and set up with a loaner and the issue resolved in really no time at all! They have all been extremely helpful and kind over there. It's my second purchase from Uftring, and I couldn't be happier 🙂
